This pattern is uncut; and still factory folded. The pattern is in excellent condition (please, see photos). The direction sheets (4) are included, also; and in excellent, useable, condition. The envelope (storage wear, a few creases, and tattered 1/3 down from the top), and attached flap (creased), is in good, useable, condition, for its age . It is, also, a slit (opening), on 1/3 of the envelope, down the left side, near top.
Vogue 1792 Pattern Misses Top & Pants American Designer Size 12 B34 UNCUT: American Designer Geoffrey Beene Misses Top and Pants "Very loose-fitting, pullover, below-hip length top, with front tucked into neckline, has notched collar, front-button shaped band closing, forward shoulder seams, extended shoulders and full, full-length sleeves (can be rolled up to desired length showing wrong side of fabric). Flat-fell seaming, topstitching and edgestitching. Straight-legged pants, with front tucked into waistband, have mock fly front zipper closing and pockets in side seams. Topstitching and edgestitching. 12 Pattern Pieces (please, see photos). This is an 'As Is' purchase.
NOTE: Two types on construction are offered for top: 1. Designer techniques for synthetic suede fabrics. 2. Conventional construction. Due to design of top, fabric should appear same on both sides."

P.S. This is an Estate Sale Pattern. There are signs of shelf, or storage wear, even, a little yellowing; however, the pattern is still use-able, and in excellent condition. Please see the photo section, where you can see, in advance, the pattern's condition; and photos of the pattern, and the envelope (which has some tears).
