This pattern is uncut; and still factory folded. The pattern is in excellent condition (please, see photos). The direction sheets (4) are included, also; and in excellent, useable, condition. The envelope (storage wear, a few creases, and tattered 1/3 down from the top), and attached flap (creased), is in good, useable, condition, for its age . It is, also, a slit (opening), on 1/3 of the envelope, down the left side, near top.

Flat-fell seaming, topstitching and edgestitching. Straight-legged pants, with front tucked into waistband, have mock fly front zipper closing and pockets in side seams.
