NOTE: THIS IS A PATTERN; NOT THE FINISHED PRODUCT!

This pattern is cut; and pattern pieces are neatly folded. The pattern is in excellent condition (please, see photos). The direction sheets are included, also. The envelope (a little creased, and tattered) and flap (a little wear, partly missing, and creased) is, also, in good condition, for its age .

Simplicity 6500 Child's Dress and Sundress or Jumper Sku #S650012152017 Size 5: "Dress with skirt gathered to yokes at empire waist, has back button closing. Dress V. 1 and 3 have set-in sleeves gathered to armholes with elastic casing. V. 1 has contrast piping and bias trim cut from jumper fabric. Dress V. 3 has purchased lace collar. Jumper or sundress V. 1, 2 and 3 gathered to yokes have back button closing and shoulder straps. V. 1 and 2, suitable for striped fabrics only have cross-cut lower band."
