THIS IS A PATTERN; NOT THE FINISHED PRODUCT!

This pattern is a Joy Emery pattern - Simplicity 3252 Pattern Vintage Jr. Misses & Misses One-Piece Dress Sku #S325210262017 Size 12 B 30 - CUT. The pattern appears to be in excellent condition; and neatly cut (please, see picture). All 12 pieces appears to be accounted for. The envelope a bit tattered, ripped, ends, and a side, open, etc.; and the flap is missing (please, see picture). The directions are included, and is yellowed; however, it is in excellent, readable, condition. This pattern was acquired from an estate sale; and is being sold 'as is.'
