The Leaflet is used; however, it is in good condition. The leaflet is creased in several places; and there is a little writing (numbers), on one, or two, pages; however, it still is readable, and use-able. The directions are clearly stated. Because, the Leaflet, is like a pattern, and can be copied; it is not returnable.

This is an Estate Sale Pattern.  There are signs of shelf, or storage wear, maybe, even, a little yellowing; however, the pattern is still use-able, and in excellent condition.  Please see the photo section, where you can see, in advance, the pattern's condition; photos, and the envelope's condition.
