McCalls 5217 Pattern Misses Dress, Unlined Jacket or top, Skirt and Pants (Very HTF) - Size 8. The Pattern front show 6 different styles. A 'Buttoned dress, jacket, or top has dropped shoulder line, yoke with forward shoulder line, pockets with side seam openings; sleeves A, B, E gather into buttoned cuffs. A. D. F has collar with neckband. B, C, E has neckband. Skirt open below front and back stitching line has left side zipper. Pants have zipper in front opening.' There is some writing on one of the direction sheets; and some highlighting on the envelope back.
