Simplicity 4545 Pattern Child's One-Piece Pajama (Aka Primer, which is enclosed with illustrated instructions for alterations, cutting, and sewing) Size 2 Breast 21 Waist 20 CUT: "Style 1, with long sleeves, is made with feet and drop seat back, which buttons to a band. Buttons secure the front closing. Style II, with short sleeves, is bound with bias binding around the neckline and sleeves. The drop-seat back gathers to a tie belt." 10 Pattern Pieces (please, see photos). This is an 'As Is' purchase.
