Recycled Product (Supply) ... Destashing Vintage Patterns!

This pattern is used. However, it is uncut (was still factory folded, until I unfolded, to check it's condition). I tried to refold it, as neatly, as possible. The pattern is in excellent condition (please, see photos). The direction sheets (yellowed) are included, also; and the first direction sheet is severely damaged, at the top half. However, I am sure that an experienced seamstress; maybe, even a beginner, will be able to still make the coat and/or jacket. The envelope and flap are stained, the bottom of the envelope, also, severely, damaged (please, see photos); storage wear is very noticeable, as in rips, tears, etc. 17 Pattern Pieces. Size 8. To reiterate, the pattern itself is UNCUT! This is an 'As Is' purchase.

Butterick 5078 Pattern Misses Coat & Jacket Size 8 Bust 31 and 1/2 (80 cm) UNCUT (Envelope Damage):  Loose-fitting, lined coat, in below mid-knee length, with back pleat or jacket has pointed collar, front buttoned closing, full-length two piece raglan sleeves and topstitch trim. With or without buttoned self epaulets, tie belt, buttoned wrist bands, carriers and bias patch pockets with shaped buttoned flaps or pockets in side seams.

P.S. This is an Estate Sale Pattern. There are signs of shelf, or storage wear, even, a little yellowing; however, the pattern is still use-able, and in excellent condition. Please see the photo section, where you can see, in advance, the pattern's condition; and a photo of the pattern.
