Rare/HTF - This pattern appears to be unused, and uncut; there are 3 factory-folded parts (please, see photos). The pattern is in excellent condition. The direction sheets (2) are included, also. The envelope (a few tears, and creases), including the flap (flap crumpled, and wrinkled), is, also, in excellent condition, for its age .

Butterick 5237 Pattern Misses Top With Softly Tucked Collar and Skirt Size 12. 14. 16 UNCUT: "Semi-fitted, lined top has contrast bias, gathered, pleated and tucked collar, shoulder pads, side front and side back seams, asymmetrical button/loop and long sleeves with pleated cap. No Provision for Above= Waist Adjustment. Flared skirt, lower calf or above ankle length, has waistband and back zipper." A Joan Leslie Design. Evening wear. This is an 'As Is' purchase.
