The skirt, cut in four sections, joins the bodice at the natural waist-line. The back-buttoning blouse releases soft gathers at the neck edge and features a stay at the waistline. In Style 1, the blouse has a collar, cuffed three-quarter sleeves and a ribbon tie at the neck edge. In Style 2, ruffling is achieved at the neck and lower edge of the puffed sleeves through applied bias strips. Rick rack is used to accent the blouse and jumper." An 'As Is' purchase.
